Terms of Use

These terms govern Window Peeper AI, operated by TAO JUNLAN, an individual trading as Window Peeper AI, Hong Kong. Contact support@windowpeeper.site.

The service

Explore reference demos for free. Signed-in users with credits can request a personalised AI video using one permitted photo. Our reference clips are clearly labelled examples and are never presented as results from your photo. We request a 10-second MP4 in 9:16 or 16:9, at Standard 480p or HD 720p. AI output can vary in likeness, movement, timing, sound and dimensions; exact reproduction is not guaranteed.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and use a Google account you control. Protect your account and upload only yourself, your own pet, or an adult who has agreed to the use. No photos of minors or public figures. The Acceptable Use rules apply. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions in your input and use of the output.

Credits and payment

Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record. The Checkout page identifies the transaction seller and confirms your total and currency. Stripe handles indirect tax where its Managed Payments coverage applies. Window Peeper AI provides the video service. This does not make Stripe the operator of this website.

One-time packs cost $9.99 for 50 credits, $12.99 for 100, $22.99 for 200 or $32.99 for 300, in USD. Standard requests use 50 credits and HD requests use 100. Credits do not expire. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Review your amount and any applicable tax before paying. Credits are applied after Stripe confirms payment. Credits are a service balance, not money, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except under our refund policy or applicable law.

Delivery and failure

Credits are reserved when a valid request is saved. Only one active request per account is allowed. Requests normally run in the background; you can return to My Videos later. We cannot guarantee a completion time. Confirmed failures return credits once. An attempt that cannot be confirmed within one hour returns its credits and is sent for review; contact support before repeating it. Each new, intentional attempt normally uses credits, even when you request a similar result.

Download completed videos within 7 days. Keeping credits does not extend video storage. Deleting a completed video does not return its consumed credits. Account deletion removes access to credits and history; contact support first about outstanding purchases or refunds. If delivery is materially defective, contact support so we can assess a remedy under the refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Content rights and licence

You retain your rights in your uploaded photo and grant the limited permission needed to process and deliver the requested video through our infrastructure and processors. We do not claim ownership of your input. Output rights depend on applicable law and third-party rights; we cannot guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or clearance of any person's likeness. Add only music or other material you are permitted to use. Label AI content where required.

Availability and reasonable use

We may reject prohibited content, limit requests during high demand, suspend abusive use or pause new purchases. Fixed scene prompts are used; no arbitrary prompt service is offered. A technical or provider interruption may delay work. Unspent purchased credits remain subject to our refund obligations; statutory rights cannot be excluded by these terms.

Legal terms

Hong Kong law governs these terms, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Reference names do not imply affiliation with TikTok, CapCut, Viberot, RainDance, Google or Stripe. Material changes to these terms will be dated here and do not remove existing mandatory rights.
